Level 0 is intended primarily for partners who simply want to publish lead generation, bring your own license, or free listings in Oracle Marketplace (excluding Oracle Healthcare Marketplace). No other program benefits, incentives, access to program Paths (i.e., Healthcare or License & Hardware), or distribution agreements that enable partners to resell/distribute Oracle products and services are available at this level.

We're going to train you on every element of a successful go-live implementation, from planning to change management – just like we train our own internal teams. The types of training we provide to help you help our customers achieve their goals, includes:

This is a benefit available to all partners, across all levels so you can assist customers from initial assessments through solution design and proof of concept. Partners must have demonstrated the training and certifications in the areas for which they want to conduct these assessments, and Oracle leadership approval will also be required to ensure these opportunities meet the eligibility requirements for this benefit (e.g., there is a jointly agreed upon Execution Plan).

We are providing you the same sales assets that we provide our own sales teams. This includes product summaries, technical briefings, industry briefings, market reports, customer stories, customer presentations, demos, battle cards, FAQs, objection handling, call scripts and email templates through the Oracle MyLearn Partner Sales platform.

Access pre-sales cloud architecture support through your local Oracle team to collaborate with the customer and Oracle sales teams on how applications and supporting technologies can be implemented on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Receive engineering and technical guidance, including best practices and high-level architecture recommendations, to support cloud adoption strategies, accelerate time to value, and drive customer success.

Just as we do across Oracle sales teams where we develop unified account plans, we invite you to develop joint account plans with our teams. By targeting specific industries, countries, and accounts, and developing account plans with clear action items, we can help our teams stay focused and aligned so they can more productively win together.

Another benefit available at all levels to help accelerate and expand your sales efforts is the Oracle Marketplace. The Oracle Marketplace is the easy button for customers to procure your technology and services. Not only do we provide one-stop shopping for our customers, but we also enable many of our customers to leverage a portion of their Oracle cloud commit spend on your solutions. That means Oracle customers can leverage their already-approved IT budget for your solutions through Oracle Universal Credits. Please note: Oracle Marketplace listings, including private offer listings, are not available in all countries.

ISV technology providers can also take advantage of private offer listings. This gives customers the opportunity to negotiate customer price and terms directly with the ISV technology provider and use Oracle Universal Credits to pay for 3rd-party technology. Please note: Oracle Marketplace listings, including private offer listings, are not available in all countries.

Demonstration Environments for Sales Opportunities are temporary, fully configured environments for specific Oracle cloud services to create sales demonstrations for an identified, approved opportunity. (Valid opportunity ID required).

These instances are available for partners to create rapid demonstrations based upon a series of scripts that highlight product features and functionality.

OPN members are given a listing on Oracle's Partner Finder tool, a comprehensive directory to help prospects and customers connect with the right partner for their business.

Partners have increased visibility for their solutions and services to the Oracle ecosystem of customers, internal sellers, and other Oracle partners.

OPN members are eligible to submit a prepared press release through Oracle's formal approval process for joint agreement when mentioning Oracle or its products. Oracle's approval is at Oracle's sole discretion.

Partners may submit a press release intended for distribution through their standard channels, which include Oracle's acknowledgement of the partner's membership as an Oracle Partner, published listings in Oracle Marketplace, and integrations with Oracle product and services offerings as jointly agreed.

OPN members will be able to promote successful joint win stories and/or go-live announcements by updating their Oracle Partner Finder page with customer approved win and/or go-live information. This may include relevant links to the partner’s website or a press release that includes more information about the win or go-live announcement.

OPN members are provided with a self-service social media template that can be used to create and amplify social posts. Any promotion of the partner by Oracle is at Oracle's sole discretion.

Partners subscribing to an OPN Level 1 or above may purchase SaaS Demonstration Instances at a deep discount for integration development, testing, demonstration, and training. This non-production instance does not include any rights to product support (My Oracle Support) or assistance from Oracle product development teams. Additional restrictions may apply.

Subscribe to a SaaS Demonstration Instance to support your go-to-market activities including testing and customer demonstrations to highlight the features and functions of your products and services, and to use for internal training purposes.

Subscription to an OPN Level 1 or above provides the ability for partners to purchase at a 55% discount on the rate card Oracle Universal Credits for development, demonstration, and testing.

Oracle Universal Credits are credits that can be used towards obtaining a new cloud environment for testing, development and demonstration purposes, or to replenish an existing cloud environment secured under the current Oracle PartnerNetwork program. These Oracle Universal Credits give partners tremendous flexibility to use any Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and platform services at any time, in any region, to develop, test, demonstrate, and deliver timely services to market.

OPN members who have subscribed to an OPN Level 1 or above are eligible to purchase select Oracle SaaS applications at 75% discount off the Oracle List Price, to be used for test, development, and demonstration purposes. Additional restrictions may apply.

Subscriptions to discounted Oracle SaaS applications allow greater flexibility in terms of production selection and the ability to configure applications to meet specific market and solution needs.

An initial technical review and go-to-market guidance on your products’ integration with an Oracle Cloud service or application.

Cloud Success Navigator, an included benefit, is a tool that pulls together best practices for not only implementation, but also ongoing customer success with Oracle cloud updates. This tool will guide and prompt your teams along the entire customer lifecycle.

Eligibility to earn incentives payable in cash or Oracle Partner Credits by selling or influencing the sale of Oracle's products and services, subject to the OPN Cloud Incentives Policy and applicable detailed incentive offering page(s) in the Incentives Resource Center. As set forth in the OPN Cloud Incentives Policy, partners will select their incentive payout option (cash or Oracle Partner Credit accrual) effective throughout their annual subscription period at the time of annual subscription or renewal. Unused Oracle Partner Credits are subject to expiration and forfeiture 12 months following accrual or allocation as set forth in the OPN Policies.

Accrued Oracle Partner Credits may be used to offset the program fee and for additional benefits, including training, marketing, dev/test environments, success services aligned with partner business needs and more.

With Oracle Partner Credits, you can add more seats for Oracle University delivery and success training across Oracle's full product portfolio. Additional seats help build technical readiness for teams developing, implementing, and supporting solutions on Oracle, and include Oracle Cloud Learning Subscription access (courses, labs, and certifications), certification exam credits (single use), and live virtual classes with instructor-led coaching and real-time Q&A.

OPN members with a published Industry Healthcare Path Integration Expertise are eligible to list their integration and validation badge in the Oracle Healthcare Marketplace to amplify their solution and generate leads with new joint customers.

OPN members who have attained Expertise are provided with Expertise logos to help differentiate themselves in the market. These logos can be used across a variety of marketing materials to show prospects and customers that they have a history of demonstrable customer satisfaction, dedication to certified, skills, knowledgeable staff, and a deep understanding of the customer's journey.

Demonstration licenses for Technology and Application programs are available via the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud to OPN members in accordance with the terms of the OPN Agreement and the OPN Policies.

Integration licenses for Application programs are available via the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud to OPN members in accordance with the terms of the OPN Agreement and the OPN Policies.

Development licenses for Technology programs are available via the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud to OPN members in accordance with the terms of the OPN Agreement and the OPN Policies.

The Oracle Demonstration Equipment Purchase Program gives OPN members enrolled into the License and Hardware Path the ability to acquire the latest Oracle hardware for use in demonstrations at a discounted price.

OPN members can access Oracle's My Oracle Support (MOS) with their OPN Customer Support Identifier (CSI) to support their development, demonstration and integration licenses for applicable Oracle Technology and Applications products subject to the terms of the OPN agreement. This includes access to Oracle's online technical support knowledge base, the MOS community, patches/updates, and the ability to log non-technical Service Requests (SRs).

Partners in the License & Hardware Path can purchase SR Packs in discounted bundles of 10 or 25 for use with their development, demonstration, and integration licenses (applicable to technology and applications programs only).

Partners in the License & Hardware Path can download patches/updates for up to a maximum of 50 development systems.

Partners that report and renew support royalties for distributed Application Specific Full Use licenses (ASFU licenses) or distributed Embedded Software Licenses (ESL Licenses) are assigned a Support Provider Support Identifier (SPSI). This SPSI enables these partners to access and receive Technical Support from Oracle as well as log technical support Service Requests (SRs) in connection with providing technical support for their end users.

With attainment of a Build or Service Expertise within the License & Hardware Path, an allotment of SRs is provided for use with development, demonstration and integration licenses for Oracle technology and applications programs.

OPN members that have valid License & Hardware Service and/or License & Hardware Build Expertise receive up to 100 SRs free of charge for Oracle Linux and Virtualization Basic Support Service to support the OPN member's Linux and Virtualization development systems. This is in addition to any free SRs received as part of other Support benefits (up to a maximum of 100 free SRs per membership year). Services are subject to Oracle's Enterprise Linux and Virtualization Support policies in effect at the time.
