Journalist, TV host and Author

Frida Boisen is a world champion in social media. She is the business networker of the year and one of the most well-known and inspiring media personalities in Sweden.

Frida Boisen lectures on social media, communication, business development, digital strategies, world-wide awareness and the future. She is one Sweden´s most powerful persons, according to the magazine Focus. In 2014 she was appointed world champion in social media at the “Oscars gala of the world of magazines”; INMA Awards in San Francisco.

Group Vice President of Customer Experience Cloud, Joe leads overall strategy and go-to-market for Oracle CX. During his four-year tenure, CX has become a growth engine for Oracle while increasing customer satisfaction. With operational experience in over 50 countries, Joe is a frequent global speaker on Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to Oracle, Joe was SAP's Senior Vice President of Global Sales for CRM. Prior to SAP, Joe worked for, Siebel Systems and PeopleSoft, in a variety of executive roles, leading successful sales efforts and innovating operations.

Ilmari Piela, Manager, Data-driven Marketing at industrial conglomerate Wärtsilä, is an expert in aligning and improving sales and marketing by leveraging data and technology. He has more than 15 years of experience as an executive and consultant, translating data-driven strategies into bottom-line results in revenue and client growth. Prior to joining Wärtsilä, Ilmari has helped dozens of companies to design and adopt new data-driven marketing strategies. Caroline Peterson-Ullstrand

Caroline is an experienced customer- and marketing strategist / leader at Dustin, with extensive experience from the operator industry as well as e-commerce (both B2B and B2C). She has proven experience in developing, implementing and managing customer experience programs, customer- and brand strategies, communication and life cycle programs.

Marketing Automation, customer insight, segmentation and journey mapping has been the tool for implementing churn / up-sale / cross-sale and new customer intake programmes. She has high knowledge in driving the digital transformation as well as the respective channel's impact on customer development and profitability and the ability to see the overall perspective, in both long-term strategic development and more operational activities.

Caroline has long experience working with Customer Experience, Marketing and Brand from various industries such as Media and Telco. She now has the role as Head of CX Marketing at the leading online IT company Dustin with operations in all Nordic countries and the Netherlands.

Jani is the Director of Business Development & Strategy, Customer Experience - North Europe & UK&I at Oracle. He is a highly experienced executive with a demonstrated and successful history of working in the information technology, design and consulting services industry on a global scale. He has a broad background and experience with CX, Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Design thinking and End-to-End Processes and Delivery.

Sara Eklund

Director CX Strategy B2C EMEA, Oracle

Sara Eklund is part of the Oracle CX Strategy team in EMEA and focuses on trend analysis and strategic go to market initiatives for Customer Experience. Sara is experienced in conceptual design and strategic business adaptation of CX solutions. Previously, she worked in the Nordic utilities industry with market entry leadership, business and organization development and customer lifecycle management.

Samuel Van Deth

Director CX Marketing Strategy EMEA, Oracle

Samuel is Director CX Strategy at Oracle where he drives go-to-market initiatives on the topics of marketing and advertising technology. In that capacity his two prime initiatives are 1. driving the smarter usage of data across Oracle’s own marketing and sales teams 2. preparing the launch of CX Unity – Oracle’s upcoming Customer Intelligence Platform - in EMEA.

His previous experience includes cofounding a startup on social data, leading a performance advertising sales team at Axel Springer and working with many large enterprises on their Data Management Strategy in marketing at Adobe. He is passionate about the proper usage of data for improving all aspects of business and society. Most of free time is spend with his four daughters and wife, in and around their house in between Amsterdam and the Dutch coast.

Neil Pridham

Neil has been in IT for over 30 years. That career has been split roughly in two. The first half Neil worked in IT Director roles looking to improve business through the use it technology (Hasbro, General Electric, Bio-Rad). The second half of his career his swapped sides and has worked in the sales of software solutions (Oracle, IBM, This has given Neil exposure to both sides of the technology divide and across many industries. For the past 18 years Neil has been spent his time in the CX space looking at how technology can drive increased customer experience whilst being commercially successful for the organisation.
