Torneos uses Oracle Guided Learning to improve adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud

The Argentina-based company produces and broadcasts sporting events and manages media rights for leagues and tournaments, among other services. Torneos uses Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to process all team member expenses, but was spending too much time individually training users on how to submit expense reports. Company leaders sought a user-friendly way to accelerate adoption of Fusion Cloud ERP. On the advice of Oracle Customer Success Services, Torneos implemented Oracle Guided Learning to quickly onboard new users and provide ongoing, in-application guidance for employees. Guided Learning helped to reduce the number of support calls and minimize the time spent on training users.
