Building an inclusive culture

Oracle should be a place where everyone can succeed. We nurture the leadership potential of all our employees and are proud to have some of the most influential Hispanic leaders in technology on our team, including representation on the HITEC 100. The Oracle Latinos Alliance (OLA) employee resource group helps enrich the careers of our employees with Hispanic and Latino heritage and interest. With 10 chapters and more than 700 members, we focus on building cultural awareness, community engagement, and mentorship.

  • Una cultura, our impact

    We take pride in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month every year. We organize events that connect OLA members and allies through food, music, and dance. Throughout the year, we host weekly virtual “water coolers” to engage in networking and and recipe swapping.

  • Make a difference in your community

    All of our employees are entitled to 40 paid volunteer hours every year. Many OLA members and allies use this time to work with nonprofits or teach students STEM skills that will help their future careers.
