The Oracle Customer Excellence Awards celebrate the very best of business innovation, showcasing how organizations around the world—and their leaders—use Oracle technology to reinvent business practices, reimagine the workday, and rev up sales.
Check out this year’s updated categories and program structure and be sure to submit your nomination in time. For each category, Oracle will name winners across four regions: Europe Middle East and Africa, North America, Japan and Asia Pacific, and Latin America. This award honors organizations that have implemented the full Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite—or at least three of the four core pillars (ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX)—to achieve significant, measurable business impact. The winner demonstrates how a single, AI-powered platform can unify operations, automate end-to-end processes, accelerate decision-making, and elevate productivity to drive meaningful business growth.

Fusion Applications Suite AI Agent Studio Excellence Award
Pioneering enterprise-wide AI using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications
This award honors organizations that are leading the way in applying AI within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. These organizations have begun deploying AI agents through Oracle AI Agent Studio to automate defined business processes and deliver measurable improvements. The winner demonstrates how AI agents were put into production, what business processes they transformed, and the tangible benefits achieved. Any business process or functional area where AI agents are live and in use is eligible for consideration.
