Roger Li

Roger Li is senior vice president and regional managing director for Oracle Asia. He is responsible for Oracle’s overall business across Greater China, South Korea, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Roger has more than 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries in China, Asia Pacific, and North America and has served in a range of senior management positions at Oracle.

Prior to his current appointment, Roger was senior vice president and managing director of Oracle China from 2015 to 2018. During this time, he drove the company’s transformation to the cloud and led the management team in establishing new business opportunities, directing strategic decision-making, boosting long-term customer satisfaction, and overseeing business operations across the region.

From 2011 to 2015, Roger was senior vice president of Oracle Asia Pacific’s technology business unit. During his tenure, his team boosted sales of Oracle Database and Oracle Exadata in Asia Pacific and maintained Oracle’s leading position in the market segment.

Following the BEA acquisition in 2008, Roger was senior vice president for Oracle Middleware in Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2011. He led a successful integration and ensured that Oracle maintained market leadership in the region.
