“We have modernized our payment systems, the way we serve our customers, and the way we handle human capital. All of this wouldn’t be possible without Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.”
Tamilnad Mercantile Bank, which serves micro, small, and medium enterprises across India, sought a way to connect and automate its core finance, HR, sales, and customer service systems, as the underlying data lived on separate servers. The bank chose an integrated suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications—Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and Oracle CX—for their embedded agentic AI capabilities and automatic quarterly updates. Now, expense management, customer service, and payroll are fully automated, and employees are handling twice as many service requests in half the time. This foundation has helped the bank cut operational costs, prepare for further AI adoption, and provide better experiences for both employees and customers.
