Starting May 23, 2022 support for the Nor1 products will transition to the Oracle Customer Support Portal and the Oracle Support phone numbers and will no longer be provided through the Nor1 support channels.
The same support team who supported Nor1’s products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, until May 23, 2022. The Support email address and website remain the same until then.
As we progress through the integration of Nor1 Support we will continue to provide advance notice to you about any changes.
