Effective April 24, 2017, at 6 am US Pacific Time, support for Oracle’s Opower products transitioned to My Oracle Support and the Oracle support hotlines and is no longer provided through the Opower support portal, support email address, or support hotlines.

The same team who supported the Opower products continues to do so today.
