Javier Torres is vice president of Alliances and Channels and ISVs for Oracle Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Javier is passionate about using his skills in strategic thinking and change management to drive innovation and collaborate with partners—with the goal of helping clients derive value from their adoption of Oracle advanced technologies and solutions.
Javier joined Oracle in 2012 as business operations and demand generation leader for Iberia. In 2015, he moved on to lead the EMEA business operations organization before taking up his current role in 2018. Prior to joining Oracle, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company.
Javier holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in the US, a master’s degree in mathematics from UNED, and another in engineering and telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, both in Spain.
Javier is also president of the board of the MIT Club of Spain.
