Stephen Fioretti

Stephen Fioretti is vice president of product management for Oracle Customer Experience Cloud. He is responsible for driving outbound product management and strategy for Oracle Cloud solutions in customer service and sales force automation.
Previously at Oracle and Siebel, Fioretti served as vice president of product management and strategy for various CRM cloud and on-premises products, specifically in multichannel service and support; sales force automation; partner relationship management; and configuration, pricing, and quoting. Prior to Siebel, Fioretti held various sales, marketing, and partner development roles at Hyperion, Sybase, and Hewlett-Packard.
Fioretti holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in economics from the University of California at Davis.
