Your point of contact for Agile product support and Cimmetry Autovue product support is through the Oracle Global Customer Support (GCS) systems and no longer through the Agile or Cimmetry support mechanisms.

Beginning September 1, 2008, Cimmetry Autovue renewals are no longer being processed through the Cimmetry systems and will be transitioned to the Oracle systems beginning in early December 2008. However, you will continue to be supported—even if your support expires during this transitional period—as long as you have an active support contract or you received a Cimmetry support invoice prior to September 1, 2008.
Beginning December 1, 2007, Agile renewals will no longer be processed through the Agile systems and will be transitioned to the Oracle systems beginning in early January 2008.
