Orders for Tekelec hardware placed before February 3, 2014 will receive the Tekelec warranty available at the time the order was placed. All orders placed after February 3, 2014 will receive the Oracle Hardware Warranty. Refer to Oracle's Hardware Warranty (PDF) for details.
Support for Oracle Communications EAGLE hardware systems and integrated software (including integrated software options) products only. Customers with this service can expect alignment with TL9000 Standards in addition to remote installation and upgrades of integrated software and integrated software option. Support for the following stand-alone software program releases in the Premier Support phase of Oracle’s product support lifecycle: Oracle Communications EAGLE software products, Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center products, Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router Products, Oracle Communications Policy Management Products and Oracle Communications Subscriber Data Management Products. Customers with this service can expect alignment with TL9000 Standards and the same remote response, resolution, and restoration commitments that were offered with Tekelec Premium Support. In addition, remote software installation and upgrades will be provided.
Note: customers with the above referenced standalone software who also wish to have their hardware supported must also have an Oracle Premier Support for Systems contract.
