Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. (Arlington Orthopedic) provides orthopedic care to the Dallas and Fort Worth area and is one of the largest orthopedic practices in North Texas. Arlington Orthopedic specializes in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, spine care, joint replacement and reconstruction, and the care of bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves in adults and children. Its services also include physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as state-of-the-art imaging and diagnostics services, along with physical therapy.

Execution

Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. purchased Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service in November 2015, and began implementation in January 2016. The organization went live in just four short months, in May 2016, with 20 users. The organization plans to expand to 30 users in the near future.

In phase one, which the organization completed in February, Arlington Orthopedic moved its electronic health records data into the Oracle solution. With phase two now complete, the organization is automatically syncing its financials and payroll data into Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service. Phase three will encompass more data cleansing and integration to launch population health management.
