— Emanuela Martuccelli, chief information officer, Marchesi Antinori s.r.l.

The implementation took 18 months, and executive participation was an important element in the plan, with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Strategy and Development, and Head of Planning and Control all taking part in the planning process.
