The Department of War Enterprise Software Initiative Agreement (DoW ESI) provides a centralized contract vehicle for acquiring certain Oracle commercial products and services across the department.
The vehicle is designed to simplify procurement, improve speed-to-award, and create a more standardized path for DoW entities and components as defined in 10 U.S.C. ยง 111(b) and their authorized contractors to acquire Oracle offerings while remaining aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505 ordering procedures.
