Covered healthcare data types

The scope of validation covers the following healthcare data types:

  • Discrete data
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Spot check monitoring
  • Alarms
  • Waveforms
  • Laboratory
  • Infusion management
  • Smart pump programming
  • Real-time location services

Images or PDF exports are not applicable for validation.

All validation types are designed to support the compatibility, reliability, and performance of connected devices and integrations within the Oracle Health ecosystem.

Net-new validation

A net-new validation is required for solutions that have not been previously validated for an Oracle Health solution under Oracle Health Device Validation and for those requesting integration with an additional healthcare data type or Oracle Health solution.

Model add-on

A model add-on is required when adding a new model to an existing validated protocol that does not require enhancements or modifications to the currently validated protocol.

Revalidation

Revalidation applies when significant modifications, enhancements, or updates are made to an already validated solution that may affect its integration or performance.

Access flexible pricing for each engagement, determined by the level of validation effort required and aligned with the appropriate tier.

Tier 1

Tier 1 pricing includes the following healthcare data types:

  • Alarms
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Discrete data
  • Laboratory data
  • Real-time location services
Tier 2

This level includes all tier 1 healthcare data types, plus waveforms.

Tier 3

This level includes all tier 1 and tier 2 healthcare data types, plus infusion management, smart pump programming, and spot check monitoring.
