Management connectors are bundled with various packs. Licensing is determined by the type of target that will have events shared or tickets opened for it in the third-party system. For example, If you open ServiceNow tickets for Oracle Database targets, then you will need to license the Oracle Diagnostics Pack. If you open ServiceNow tickets for WebLogic Server targets, then you will need to license the WebLogic Server Management Pack Enterprise Edition.
