To take advantage of Oracle Health Conference’s discounted hotel rates, you must be a registered attendee and book a room in one of our blocks directly through your attendee portal. Discounted rates will not be available if you book your lodging directly with the hotel. Register and book today.

- Hotel booking, charges, and cancellations
Hotel booking is available at registration and through your attendee portal. The housing deadline is August 22. From August 23 to September 5, registration changes won’t be accepted online. Your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to your arrival date. After receiving your final confirmation email, you can contact the hotel directly for changes and cancellations.
- Be aware of scams
Please be aware of scams where you may be contacted about booking your hotel room for the conference. The Oracle Health Conference team won’t contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations; you’re responsible for booking your own reservations. The only time the Oracle Health Conference housing team will proactively reach out to you is to announce the booking system is live and/or for housing deadline reminders. The housing team can only assure room availability or rates for rooms booked during the open online registration or by your direct contact with the Oracle Health Conference customer service team. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.
