Effective 26 June 2017, support for the Ravello products transitioned to My Oracle Support and the Oracle support hotlines and will no longer be provided through the Ravello support portal.
The same support team who supported Ravello’s products continues to do so today.
Log in to the Ravello cloud service, click on “Help & Support”, and then select My Oracle Support to open new technical issues or track existing issues.
