For any “add-on order” to an original Cloud Services order, the version of the Subscription Services Agreement for Cloud Services in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order, even if the add-on order is placed after an updated version of the Subscription Services Agreement is published. An “add-on order” is an order that updates the quantity or type of previously ordered Cloud Services, such as by adding capacity, new user subscriptions, or additional SaaS service applications. The Online Professional Services Addendum is incorporated into the Subscription Services Agreements (versions June 2019, June 2020, March 2021, June 2022, or June 2023), the Transactional Subscriptions Services Agreement (versions June 2020, March 2021, June 2022, or June 2023), or the Transactional Controller Subscription Services Agreement (versions Sept 2022 and July 2023).
Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ governs certain professional services and training provided by Oracle to Customer. The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ is incorporated into the Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ (released in January 2022). If your Estimate/Order Form (“order”) is placed before January 19, 2024 and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ” available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then this Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ applies to your order. Otherwise, the “Online Professional Services Addendum” above shall apply to your order unless otherwise stated in your Agreement or order.
NetSuite Support Services. Effective January 19, 2024, the NetSuite Support Services Terms have been consolidated into the Oracle NetSuite Hosting and Support Delivery Policies (including the Oracle NetSuite Exceptions to the Hosting and Support Delivery Policies) found at the URL below.
NetSuite Support Services for Oracle Cloud Services.. These are the terms under which Oracle provides support for Oracle Cloud Services as specified in the Oracle NetSuite Service Descriptions.
Supplemental Support Terms for Response Services. Effective January 19, 2024, the Supplemental Support Terms for Response Services (referred to herein as “Supplemental Support Terms”) have been consolidated into the Oracle NetSuite Hosting and Support Delivery Policies (including the Oracle NetSuite Exceptions to the Hosting and Support Delivery Policies) found at the URL below.

The Trial Account Agreement governs the temporary access to a limited trial, test, training or other demo account of the NetSuite Service that may be provided to you or a partner program member for such party’s non-production use, the duration and scope of which may be further defined in an Estimate / Order Form.
These Main Terms of Service, in conjunction with the Subscription Services Agreement cover the Customer’s usage of the NetSuite Service and OpenAir Service. These Main Terms of Service are applicable to Subscription Services Agreements where the “Terms of Service” in the Agreement referenced a URL link to the online Main Terms of Service.
