During Class Of Business Development Consultant, you’ll gain the core skills, sales acumen, and solutions training required for your role and specific line of business. You’ll also complete general onboarding tasks and learn about Oracle, its leadership, business model, and solution portfolio.

New hires are automatically enrolled into the Class of Business Development Consultant program. As part of the Class Of program, participants are given the opportunity to meet, observe, and interact with their team and manager. Participants should use this opportunity to understand their roles and responsibilities, and ask questions.

After Class Of new hire training, Oracle Digital Continuous Learning will provide participants with reinforcement and opportunities to learn new skills, competencies, and tools to be successful in their role.

0 to 3 months: Immersion (persona)
3 to 6 months: Power prospecting, value messaging, immersion (solutions)
6 to 8 months: Art of discovery, objection handling
