The stated Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Oracle Autonomous Database is > 99.95% for availability. An even higher level of availability, 99.995%, is possible by enabling Autonomous Data Guard to create a standby database, for details click here.

The availability data, which is updated daily, shows a list of average availability percentages across our data centers in each of the regions shown (see the note following the table for more information).

The data above was collected by observing the availability of a series of Autonomous Databases within each region. These availability numbers cover the whole month including the maintenance windows with no exclusions. It provides a real-world example of the general level of availability that a customer should expect to see for their own Autonomous Databases within a specific region.

The data assumes that Autonomous Data Guard is not enabled.
