Global Database Metrics for Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless

This page shows the regional average availability and the hourly average database queries metric for Autonomous Database Serverless across our global data centers.

The stated Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless is > 99.95% for availability. An even higher level of availability, 99.995%, is possible by enabling Autonomous Data Guard to create a standby database, for details click here.

The data above was collected by observing the availability of a series of Autonomous Databases within each region. These availability numbers cover the whole month including the maintenance windows with no exclusions. It provides a real-world example of the general level of availability that a customer should expect to see for their own Autonomous Databases within a specific region.

The data assumes that Autonomous Data Guard is not enabled.
