Effective November 30, 2005, the initial point of contact for TimesTen support is the Oracle Support Services (OSS) systems and no longer through the TimesTen customer support site or email. Please discontinue using the firstname.lastname@example.org email address and the TimesTen customer support phone numbers — 1.888.780.7836 (US and Canada) and +44 (0) 20 8956 2547 (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Starting on July 1, 2005, you will no longer go through TimesTen to renew support contracts. However, you will continue to be supported through Oracle Support as long as you have an active support contract as of June 30, or you have received a TimesTen support invoice as of June 30. Oracle will not increase your support fees for the next support period; they will be the same as the last period (assuming the same licensing).
As the transitioning of the process is complete, an Oracle Support Sales representative will contact you about your renewal.
