Oracle's Supplier Diversity team works closely with procurement managers to increase awareness of the products and services available from diverse suppliers. As opportunities within Oracle arise related to your products and services, the Supplier Diversity team may contact you to better understand your capabilities and assess participation in the sourcing process. However, this engagement does not guarantee that you will secure business with Oracle.
The Supplier Diversity program maintains a strong relationship with the indirect procurement team while providing them with current information on qualified small and diverse businesses. Our partnership with the procurement organization provides visibility to current and future potential opportunities and sourcing events, allowing us to accurately recommend qualified and resourceful businesses. If your business’s products and services do not fit our current or future business needs, we will not present your information to the Oracle procurement team.
All diverse suppliers interested in doing business with Oracle must provide copies of certifications. We request suppliers to be certified by any accredited certifying agency but recommend the following:
