Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) 11g is a data warehousing-centered data integration solution.
OWB 11gR2 is pre-installed with Oracle Database 11gR2, and can be installed and used alongside Oracle Database 10gR2 and 11gR1.
Understand OWB Feature Groups and Required Licenses
Since OWB 10.2, many features of Warehouse Builder require the Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition license or other licenses. The Oracle Database license permits the use of OWB basic ETL features.
