Before moving onto Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM, we were dealing with monolithic applications that were difficult to support and were not providing the business with the functionality that it required to move forward. Oracle Cloud ERP and Cloud EPM streamlines the way that we work.

Whitbread operates more than 950 Premier Inn-branded hotels across the UK, Ireland, and Germany, along with restaurants including Beefeater and Brewers Fayre. The UK’s largest hospitality company wanted to update its finance and information systems and ditch legacy on-premises applications that were long due for an upgrade. After an evaluation process aided by Oracle Consulting and Oracle Customer Success Services, the company concluded that Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) would allow Whitbread to move to a self-service model, particularly within its procurement operation. The built-in innovations delivered by automatic updates of Cloud ERP and EPM lifted the burden of maintaining and trying to modernize its applications, freeing Whitbread to better focus on the needs of the business.
