Formed in 1988, CWT Globelink is a global freight forwarder with a network of more than 100 offices in 32 countries. To keep up with their evolving products, CWT Globelink adopted a data-driven strategy with cloud technology at the forefront. Part of this strategy meant that CWT Globelink needed to build an effective, streamlined, and automated CRM application.
