Java ME SDK 3.0 is the successor to the popular Java Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2 and Java Toolkit 1.0 for CDC. It integrates CLDC, CDC and Blu-ray Disc Java (BD-J) technology into one SDK.
The Java ME SDK 3.0 is available for Windows XP and Vista 32-bit, and for the Mac OS. The Mac OS release brings support for CLDC mobile development to Mac users.

The installer displays the installation panel. Dragging the Java ME SDK application icon over the Applications folder link will install Java ME SDK in the Applications folder. You can also use the Finder to move the application.
In the Applications directory, click the Java ME SDK icon to start the application. Wait a few seconds for the Device Manager to detect the default devices delivered with the SDK.
Required only for BD-J (Blu-ray Disk) development.
Player that supports the Blu-ray format, such as WinDVD reference player, or ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre. Both players were tested with Java ME SDK 3.0.
Sun Java Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2, is also available for download. The Sun Java Wireless Toolkit provides improved support for multi-user environments as well as a Linux binary that is supported on systems running GNU C (GLIBC) 2.3 Libraries.
