    New Features in 19c and 18.3 JDBC driver & Universal Connection Pool (UCP)

Java developers can take advantage of the latest features, such as Oracle Autonomous Database, performance self-tuning, high availability, in-memory processing, and pluggable databases to design and develop a high performant, scalable, and reliable applications. Oracle Database 19c and 18c JDBC driver introduce few enhancements and a new property file ( that simplifies the connection to Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Autonomous Data Warehousing (ADW).

    • Java Standards: Supports JDK11, JDK10, JDK9, JDK8 and compliant to JDBC 4.3 and JDBC 4.2 by JDBC drivers (ojdbc10.jar(19c) and ojdbc8.jar) and Universal Connection Pool (ucp.jar)
