As Chief financial officer of Omega Healthcare, Kannan Sugantharaman is responsible for company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, GRC and investor relations. He also oversees the execution of Global Business Transformation – an enterprise level initiative to drive efficiency and scale across all functions including Sales Excellence, Marketing, Capability expansion, M&A, Delivery Excellence, Technology, HR and Finance.

Rahul Sharma joined Tata Projects as a Chief Information Officer in April 2022 and is responsible for IT & Digital Transformation. In this role he will focus on transforming the IT function, enabling the digitalization of key business processes and hyper-scaling digital platforms. Srini Chilukuri is a serial entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of TensorGo Technologies Pvt Ltd. Srini was also the Founder and MD of Flexeye and HyperCat, which built the first IoT standards recognized by BSI. He was the producer of some top best-selling games in the world, such as Mortal Kombat and Dance Central. Expert in deep learning and custom neural networks and is a turnaround specialist.

Jagdish Ramaswamy is an Electronics Engineer from VNIT, Nagpur with a post graduate certification in Statistical Quality Control, Operations Research and Reliability from the Indian Statistical Institute. Has more than 35 years of Industry experience cutting across various multinational companies i.e. Motorola, TYCO Healthcare in telecom design, data communication network design and commissioning, International sourcing followed by CXO role in IT services company WIPRO. He is a Master Black Belt in six sigma and a Business Excellence assessor for EFQM and Malcom Baldrige excellence frameworks.

In his current responsibility as Chief Digital Officer, his team is driving the Digital and IT transformation agenda of Hindalco Industries that includes organizational process digitization, Customer centric digital initiatives and Operational digitization including IoT, Analytics etc.

Jagdish has also served as a COO of Akshaya Patra Foundation, an NGO feeding more than1.5 million children every day in a short stint.

Vasant Rao leads IDC’s business in India and South Asia in the capacity of managing director, IDC India. With over 23 years of experience, Vasant is a management professional with a proven track record of building profitable businesses. Prior to joining IDC, he held multiple global leadership roles during his 10-year stint at Cognizant in the analytics, data science, and visualization domains and built award-winning IP-based products. Prior to Cognizant, he had built and later sold his startup business to a technology services company in India. He graduated in Marketing and Advertising from Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA) and has over 25 years of global experience across sectors like BFSI, Travel & Transportation and Retail.

He had won the award from People Business and Economic Times for his Leadership in nurturing a Company with Great Managers. Raghavan has a daughter and a son and lives with his family in Chennai.

Aditya is a Partner at Deloitte and has nineteen years of experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting and has a proven track record in delivering large scale transformation programs across consumer, enterprise and wholesale businesses. His core expertise is focused on Customer Experience led Business Transformation initiatives which includes Customer Strategy, Experience Design Management, Omnichannel Orchestration, Conversational AI / ChatBOTs and Customer Data Platform management. He is a Six Sigma black belt professional and his experience spans across Australia, Africa, Middle East and India.

Vinay Prabhakar is a Partner and leads Alliances & Ecosystems for Deloitte India. As the Alliance leader, Vinay is responsible for building strong relationships with several Partners & creating a joint go-to-market strategy. He comes with about 20 years of experience in the consulting industry.

He is responsible for building customized solutions and guiding clients through the tech stack. He along with the alliance teams helps imagine, deliver and run the solution.

He brings extensive global experience, spanning across multiple regions including Asia Pacific, Middle East, UK, North and South America. He has led multiple Business transformation-led ERP implementations for clients across the region and sectors.

Vinay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering & an MBA in operations management from the University Of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Shekhar is a strategic market leader in Supply Chain operations, who has proven excellence in conceptualizing and executing high-level strategies for addressing the business-critical challenges and strengthening the Supply Chain capabilities. He has skilled expertise in streamlining delivery, building robust pre-sales framework and Business Development for sales enablement & after-sales engagement across CPG, Retail, Automotive, Aviation and Utilities sectors.

Working with some of the world’s most renowned MNCs like Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Accenture and Deloitte over the last three decades, Shekhar has been responsible for business growth in Transformative and Leadership roles through process re-engineering and technology intervention resulting in significant impact to profitability and business revenue. He has also led Intelligent Operations across Network and Sales Enablement businesses for key clients and organizations.

Previously, Shailender led the Key Accounts program, which became one of Oracle India’s most successful, and it continues to date. He joined Oracle as part of its BEA Systems acquisition, and has held leadership positions at Quest Software, Microsoft India, and IBM India.

Shailender holds a post-graduate degree in business management from the Institute of Management Technology and received his engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers (India).

Chris Chelliah is Senior Vice President, Technology and Customer Strategy, Asia Pacific & Japan

In this role, Chelliah is responsible for the Japan & Asia Pacific go-to-market, aligning Oracle’s hypergrowth innovation in Cloud Infrastructure and Autonomous Database with customer adoption. He also runs the Oracle Cloud Insight team, which brings together experience from top-tier strategy firms to provide a consultative framework for customers to realize the potential of their digital roadmap.

Chelliah has more than 28 years of experience with digital and data driven systems; 25 of those years have been with Oracle across different portfolios in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Chelliah has held other roles within the company, where he focused on consulting and implementation services in large, global projects across the telecommunications, financial services, and government sectors, driving disruptive & innovative software solutions.

Chelliah holds a post grad degree in computer and mathematical sciences, from the University of Western Australia. He has been published in a number of trade and industry journals and is the coauthor of Professional Oracle Programming, a Wiley publication. He is a featured speaker on Oracle’s vision, strategy, and architecture, and consults on critical and key customer projects throughout the region.

Adrian Johnston leads Oracle’s applications business for Japan and Asia Pacific. He’s responsible for driving SaaS growth and strengthening partner and customer relationships as well as creating awareness and visibility for Oracle’s brand. Adrian is focused on building highly collaborative, engaged teams and driving a customer-focused culture.

In his more than 16 years at Oracle, Adrian has accelerated the company’s growth through clearly defined strategies, executive engagements, focused sales execution, and thought leadership. He’s successfully helped transform the applications business to a cloud-first, true SaaS business over the last few years.

Yvette Cameron is senior vice president of global HCM product strategy at Oracle. Prior to her current work with Oracle, Yvette was a co-founder of a blockchain-based technology firm and co-founded a non-profit industry consortium to drive the creation and leverage of self-sovereign digital career credentials. She has also served as senior vice president of global HCM strategy at SAP SuccessFactors; general manager and vice president of learning and performance at Saba; vice president of product at Oracle; HCM industry analyst at Gartner; and vice president and principal analyst at Constellation Research. She’s an international speaker on innovations in HCM processes and technology and the future of work. Yvette holds a BA in mathematics and applied statistics.

Prasad Subramanian is a Senior Director at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and works with the Container and Kubernetes services within OCI. He heads the teams working on OCI Functions and Service Mesh. Prior to this, he was heading teams working on Oracle Kubernetes Engine and has been involved in new efforts to enhance developer experience for customers on OCI.

He has been with Oracle for 11 years, working on enterprise application development standards and platforms like Java EE and Weblogic. Prior to Oracle, he was with Sun Microsystems where he worked on Java EE and GlassFish.

Manoj Mathen is a Distinguished Cloud Architect at Oracle with two decades of software engineering and product development experience. An inventor and a holder of US patents in the field of AI & Machine Learning, he has extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing enterprise grade AI/ML solutions across industries. He drives technology and architecture decisions (AI & Machine Learning on Cloud) for several Fortune 100 customers and leads the AI & DS Track at the JAPAC CE CoE, Oracle. Currently, he works with key partners and customers across JAPAC region, assisting them in defining their AI/ML journey, setting up AI labs and thereby, helping them unlock value from data.

Madhukar Uniyal heads the Oracle Solution Engineering team for Cloud Applications business at Oracle. His team consists of experts in the field of ERP, EPM, Supply Chain, Analytics, CRM sales, Digital marketing, customer service, e-commerce, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Madhukar and his team work as a trusted technology advisor and evangelist for leading customers in varied industry segments across India and Asia pacific regions. Madhukar has more than twenty years of technology consulting experience as a consultant, implementation expert and in leadership roles.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Strategy leader since 2012, Neil works directly with leading customers and partners around the world to share innovations and better practices, collect firsthand feedback, and support successful projects. He is based at the Oracle Redwood Shores, California campus and has led cloud software initiatives in Silicon Valley for over 25 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and MBA from Santa Clara University. When not working he enjoys time with his family, traveling and outdoor activities.

Kanwar is a seasoned finance and operations leader with 29 years of wide-ranging leadership experience in multinational environment.

He is a growth catalyst, thought leader, and mentor. His passion is leveraging technology to drive impact and efficiency and he is also an active participant in CFO conversations across platforms.

His past experiences include Finance Director, Microsoft India; Director Finance South West Asia- Motorola; Director Finance- FPA and P&L - International Markets – Motorola.

Outside of work, Kanwar is an avid mid-distance runner and is passionate in enabling continuity in learning.

After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Pune University, Manish started his career with Global World class CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM Software Solutions in the Indian Market. During his long 30 years professional career, Manish has helped several large customer's transform their Go To Market strategies. Since 2010, when he joined Oracle, he has helped Big Corporate houses in streamlining their Supply Chain's with a big focus on their New Product Development Initiatives, Improving their Planning Efficiencies (Both Demand and Supply Side) and Low Carbon Transportation journey. He has also contributed in some major nation building activities: INS Arihant India's first Nuclear Powered Submarine and Digitizing Indian Nuclear Power Plant Building efforts (NPCIL). Lately, he is driving the Oracle ESG charter with his sustainable supply chain messaging. His other passions besides his work also include football and global breaking news.

A finance leader with three decades of experience in corporate finance, controllership, M&A, treasury, taxation, corporate secretarial & legal. He has been with Oracle for the last nineteen years and currently is the Vice President and JAPAC Controller, managing the financial controllership. Prior to joining Oracle, Gopala worked in senior level with an international bank in India and abroad, and at a software company after starting his career as an investment banker.

Krithiga Gopalan is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 17 years of international business experience at Oracle, across multiple roles & multiple geographies including Singapore, Switzerland and India. In her current role as Director of Enterprise Security & Information Management BD Lead in APAC, she along with her team of cybersecurity experts are tasked to guide customers with Oracle’s capabilities in the Cloud Security & Identity space. She also leads the Security Experience Program at Oracle, assessing the security posture of Oracle's customers and making recommendations (across people, process and technology) to mitigate risks accordingly.

Krithiga is also the founder and global leader for Security & Compliance Community of Practice at Oracle. She holds two Security patents, CISSP certification & dual MBA degrees with Honors from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and National University of Singapore (NUS).

Sharad Lal is Sr. Development Director for Oracle Public Cloud database from IDC development center. He is focused on the Autonomous Database Dedicated Cloud Service delivery and leads CICD and security areas from IDC for the different Database Dedicated Cloud services.

For several years, Sharad was part of Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) engineering and Oracle Database Development and release. He led IaaS/PaaS engineering for Oracle OnDemand and prior to that designed & developed kernel features in Oracle database (Releases 8i, 9i & 10g) primarily focusing OS virtualization layer.

In between, Sharad also had stints at Ariba (SAP) on their procurement SaaS Cloud platform and as CTO of cloud startup flipClass in education domain.

Sharad has a BE in Computer Science from University of Bombay in 1993. He has also completed executive management program AMPM from the IIM-Bangalore in 2010.

Sunil has over three decades of varied industry experience. A certified Supply Chain professional with engineering background, he has an extensive experience in Manufacturing & Distribution focused Industries and in establishing Enterprise Applications businesses within APAC region.

Samyuktha leads the applications business across South and East India at Oracle India. She works closely with Enterprises in their financial transformation journeys. Prior to Oracle, she has worked with Microsoft and is an alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad.

Sujit Sahu heads Oracle India's industry strategy-for fusion application business, and is a consummate supply chain professional. With more than twenty-five years of experience in three different continents, Sujit has served in various capacities in manufacturing, purchasing, technology and consulting domains. He is the co-founder of a not-for-profit supply chain organization called SCALE, that encourages supply chain startups an audience with industry leaders.

Dr. Suryanarayan Iyer is currently Senior Director (Solution Engineering) at Oracle India responsible for their cloud applications strategy, market development and digital technology adoption. Prior to this, he was the Vice-President (Group Human Resources) at The Aditya Birla Group responsible for their Group wide Digital HR transformation and Analytics - strategy formulation, execution and change management.

A Doctorate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Masters in Finance and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, he has over 30 years of work experience spanning Management Consulting & IT Advisory, Digital HR Transformation & change management, HR Analytics, including AI in HR, and ERP / HCM Consulting.

He is a visiting faculty in various management schools in India. His research interest includes SHRM, HR Analytics, Digital HR adoption and AI in HR.

Sunil Wahi heads Fusion Cloud Solution Engineering Portfolio for ERP, CX & HCM Cloud Solutions, at Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC).

Previously, he was heading the Supply Chain Business at Oracle in Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for the business strategy and go-to-market initiatives for Oracle’s Digital Supply Chain solutions which includes logistics, IoT Applications and Supply Chain Planning in the Cloud.

Prior to that, he was the sales leader for Oracle’s ERP Cloud Business for Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for developing the business across industry verticals. Sunil joined Oracle from SAP, where he was leading the HANA In-Memory Computing Platform Business, driving revenue for S/4 HANA ERP & Big Data Solutions and growing it in Southeast Asia from the early days when HANA was announced.

He has been a public speaker in major Supply Chain roundtables, logistics events in Asia like the Express Logistics & Supply Chain Conclave, Supply Chain Asia, SCM Logistics World, Manufacturing Asia and DigitalCFO among others. He has also executed large scale consulting and business process reengineering implementations in the Middle East across Automotive, Oil & Gas, Retail and Manufacturing Industries.

He refined his Analytical & Social Intelligence Skills attending the Chicago Booth Executive MBA Program in 2010. Sunil also provides Start Up mentoring support as part of the Oracle Startup Accelerator Program working with companies in the space of new technologies.
