Elevating security, mobility, and guest experience.
It’s no secret that guest expectations are radically transforming the hospitality industry. This transformation is driven primarily by the modern guest who is empowered to control and personalize their experience before, during, and after their visit at the mere tap of a screen.
These savvy modern guests are increasingly mobile and expect to seamlessly use their devices to make reservations, place orders, check in and check out, pay, interact with staff, tap into entertainment options, and provide instant feedback. They are also more informed through social media outlets such as Yelp and TripAdvisor—both of which provide influential ratings from other guests.
Within this disruptive environment, the hospitality industry is faced with intense pressure to control costs, standardize operational systems, simplify IT infrastructures, and equip staff with technology to quickly respond to service requests. As competition intensifies, hospitality operators of all shapes and sizes require highly configurable systems that are fast to deploy and easy to manage, and yet offer enhanced flexibility, speed, and reach. For international operators, this includes the need for an agile multilingual, multicurrency global platform. Most importantly, every operator must account for the ever-present necessity to secure both customer information and financial data.
The Oracle Industry Connect Hospitality program will deliver unparalleled insight and critical analysis on how to maximize guest experience, enhance your brand, ensure loyalty, reduce IT complexity, and drive revenue. The program includes in-depth sessions that cover the transition to advanced cloud systems, enablement of guest- and staff-facing mobility, as well as other innovative solutions and best practices that help elevate your business to the next level.
