Real-time email categorization and sentiment analysis with AI

Introduction

Organizations are swimming in emails, many of which require a simple reply to keep the conversation going. Using AI, we can analyze the text of our incoming emails, categorize them, gauge the sentiment (is someone frustrated or happy?), and optionally send a quick reply—all of which is largely automated.

In this project, we’ll build such a system to show how Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Language, OCI Generative AI, and Oracle Integration Cloud can help filter, analyze, and even manage text-based communications.
