Effective August 12, 2019, support for the DataFox products will transition to My Oracle Support (MOS) and the Oracle support hotlines and will no longer be provided through the DataFox email or phone. Please discontinue using the DataFox support channels as of that date.
The same support team who supported DataFox’s products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using via email or through your customer representative. The support email address and phone remain the same.
As we progress through the integration of DataFox Support we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
